Dolphin Trail Reviews
More info about Dolphin Trail
You enjoy the outdoors and love to hike but the thought of schlepping a heavy rucksack filled with supplies and tons of water is what puts you off most lengthy hikes, right? The solution is slackpacking, where your baggage is portered between overnight destinations and guides look after your every need. This is what you can expect on the 17km Dolphin Trail, an outstanding 2-day, 3-night hike in the Tsitsikamma region, one of South Africa’s top destinations and located along the Eastern Cape coastline. The Dolphin Trail is a joint collaboration between the South African National Parks and two private concerns.
The hike begins with a late afternoon check-in at the Tsitsikamma National Park and the remainder of the day is yours to appreciate the glorious surroundings. Dinner time is spent meeting with your guides for a briefing and to answer questions, and getting to know other trail participants.
