Sandbaai is a small picturesque seaside suburb – with beach frontage jutting out to sea – in the town of Hermanus in Western Cape Province, South Africa. The region’s Mediterranean climate means the long summer days can be enjoyed on Sandbaai beach. The friendly residents are primarily Afrikaans speaking, however, English is spoken and understood throughout the suburb.
