The Livingstone Room reflects the century-old hotel’s style of opulence, the dress code which was previously tie and jacket has been relaxed to smart casual, sleeved collared shirt and closed shoes for men for the convenience of guests in this more relaxed modern era. Sunset and Dinner Cruise
Step aboard the Zambezi Reflections and Ma Robert vessels at 5pm and begin the evening with sundowners and snacks on deck.
Next comes a gourmet Mediterranean style four-course dinner.
The Ma Robert has a lower and upper deck with a maximum capacity of 50 guests, while the Zambezi Reflections is a single deck pontoon with a maximum occupancy of 34 people and is known as the floating restaurant.
A great mix of sundowners, magical sunset floating on the Zambezi and dinner, the sunset and dinner trip is the best combination of both a Sunset cruise and a Dinner cruise.
The main course includes seasonal vegetables and roast potatoes with a selection of the following: Fillet of beef with red wine jus; Bream fillet with lemon butter sauce; or Stuffed chicken breast.
