Penthouse 5 minute walk to Llandudno beach.
Modern stand alone (separate from the main house) bright, spacious penthouse, approximately 85 sq meters.
Beautiful view of Little Lions Head.
Sleeps 2 adults
The penthouse is light & airy with an open plan lounge, dining area,balcony with a barbecue, table & chairs.
Bathroom with a shower is on the same level as the lounge.
A fairly steep stairway leads to the sleeping area upstairs, in the loft with a queen size bed.
60'' DSTV/Netflix & free wi-fi is available.
The kitchen is fully equipped to support a self- catering vacation.
The penthouse has aluminum pull down blinds on the exterior for extra security, shade & privacy.
Under cover parking is available in an open garage, directly below the penthouse.
Pool facilities are also available on site.
The penthouse is equipped with towels & linen & is serviced once/twice a week.
The accommodation is for the exclusive use of the tenant / no visitors.
There is public transport which is a 5 min's walk up the public footpath but hiring a vehicle is a necessary requirement to take in all the wonderful destinations that Cape Town has to offer.
Llandudno is situated on the Atlantic coastline & is a 20 minute drive to Cape Town city center & a 5 minute drive to Hout Bay which has lots of tourist attractions, shops & restaurants.
Llandudno is one of the most beautiful settings in the world, with soft white sandy beaches, turquoise blue sea and huge giant boulders jutting out into the ocean makes it an ideal destination whether on business or pleasure. Hout Bay is the closest village to Llandudno and offers a variety of shops, restaurants and tourist attractions including the world famous Chapman's Peak Drive, with incredible views of Hout Bay and Noordhoek Beach. Llandudno is 20 minutes from Cape Town, the V & A Waterfront, and Table Mountain, and 40 min from Cape Town International Airport.

Amazing location, great hostess and good value for money :)
We had the most amazing stay here. The views were truly amazing - we stayed in and had a bbq/braai on a number of nights, because these views beat other places in Cape Town.
Llandudno is a lovely quiet location, and its easy to get into Camps Bay or Hout Bay from there.
Maureen was also a perfect host, lovely and helpful.
This apartment is ideally located for exploring Cape Town and the surrounding areas. It is located high above Llandudno beach with fine views both out to sea and inland. The prices were excellent and I would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the Western Cape - it is quiet, ideally located and superb value for money.
An absolutely great area and view. The warm friendliness we received on our arrival by Maureen was highly appreciated, wish we could have stayed longer.
