Convenient location, off street parking, good breakfast, friendly hosts!!
Thank you so much to Sarah and John for making us so welcome. So attentive and thoughtful, from lending umbrellas to opening up the doors at all times of day, to making delicious breakfasts at the earliest hours because of our kids. Thank you for making our stay so incredible, like a home away from home.

Beautiful home from home experience. Conveniently situated for UCT, Claremont CBD, Rondebosch CBD, SACS and Westerford Schools. In fact the proximity to the M3 (without being affected by traffic noise at all) would make reaching any destination in Cape Town a breeze. I would definitely stay there again, and I seek privacy and do not like mixing with other guests - at Newlands Guest House this is absolutely possible.
Nice place to stay. Well equipped and large rooms with good beds. They serve a good English breakfast. The hosts are very friendly and try to make it a wonderful stay. Absolutely recommended.

The stay at the guest house was just perfect. In itself, the guesthouse is very nice, the room was comfortable, the house is beautiful, if you love animals you will also perfectly fit in the place! The neighborhood was also beautiful, and the place is quite central to several things around Cape Town. For the workers, the WiFi was excellent. But, most of all, Sarah and John are amazing, they have great advice, they are wonderful people, and you will feel just like at home with them. Thank you so much again for the stay, it has been a pleasure to meet you.
The accommodation was superb - large enough for all the family to have their own space. All rooms were of a very high standard which suited everyone. The swimming pool & garden was kept to a very high standard plus the maid service was brilliant. All of us would have no hesitation in recommending this property to any prospective holiday makers.
