Mansfield Reserve is located a 6km outside of Port Alfred on the Bathurst Road by vehicle or 11km up the Kowie River by boat. Offering a variety of accommodation options available; from elegant lodging, superb restored Ox-Wagons dating from the 1800’s to rustic camping/caravan – each with breath-taking views. You can expect an exceptional level of comfort, rest and relaxation at this unique reserve during your stay.
Mansfield Reserve offers a wide range of activities and facilities available for all to enjoy, be it at our black rock riverside seasonal restaurant, kid’s play park (Jungle Gym, Trampoline, Rock Pool, Sandpit, Old Land Rover), as well as picnic and braai (barbeque) facilities, this is the perfect place to spend the day with family and friends!

We stayed in the cosy cottage which had everything we needed and more. Beautiful, peaceful and tranquil setting.
We had the privilege to see zebra, duiker, wildebeest and several buck. The giraffe were visible in the distance from the braai area.
We had a pleasant stay and will definitely be back.
