Welcome to B2 Soho on Strand!
Location, location, location!! Centrally located and close to the V&A Waterfront, this luxury loft, with sweeping views of Table Mountain is the perfect choice for a city break. Most of the Mother City's attractions are within walking distance. Trendy restaurants, bars, and shops are within a stones throw. Bree St, famed for it's culinary delights is just a few mins walk, as is Long Street. Fast Fibre WIFI, Netflix, Air Con, washer/dryer, outdoor swimming pool, secure parking, 24hr security/reception desk.
I have tried to think of everything that will make your stay as convenient and 'home from home' as possible. All you should really need are your clothes!
The kitchen is large, fully equipped, and loved by people who cook – it has everything you need. Tea and delicious freshly ground coffee is complimentary, as is a bottle of wine to welcome your arrival.
The open plan living/kitchen/dining area opens up onto a spacious private balcony with outdoor seating. The luxurious bathroom has both bath and shower, with free toiletries and plenty of soft fluffy towels.
Stairs lead you up to the mezzanine level loft bedroom with extra length, top of the range, pocket spring Serta kingsize bed. Quality linen, separate 3/4 down duvets and luxury pillows ensure that you will have a good nights rest. Plenty of cupboard space for your clothes.
It really is hard to beat the location, the block is nestled between the uber-cool De Waterkant Village, the City Centre and the Bo Kaap. Loads of top-rated restaurants are within a stone's throw, the super cool Bree Street, Heritage Square, and the Cape Quarter are 5 mins walk. Long Street and the heart of the Bo Kaap 10 mins walk, V&A Waterfront 15 mins walk. Company Gardens, the museums and CTICC 10 mins walk. To get to the beaches or the Cable car, you can hop on a MyCiti bus, or take a 10 min taxi ride.
I have put together a comprehensive guide, (like a mini Lonely Planet!!) to help you get the most out of your stay with hints and tips of what to do/where to eat etc. I can also put you in touch with an excellent private tour guide if you wish to do some tours (the Winelands and Cape Peninsula via Cape Point a must!!) With super-easy access to the main highways, you will be at the airport in 20 mins, and 35 mins you will be in the heart of the Winelands.

Além da vista magnifica, que nos deixa de imediato estupefatos e rendidos aquela majestosa montanha.
As facilidades oferecidas no apartamento, lençóis, toalhas, leite, chá, café, cozinha totalmente ocupada, DSTV, música e cds de relax, não sei quantificar o quão perfeito estava, tudo limpinho, tudo como se fosse um hotel, mas só para nós, uma casa com tudo o que necessitamos para o quotidiano.
A Claire é super simpática, atenciosa, prática, deixou nos uma garrafa de vinho, as chaves de tudo, incluíndo do parque para o carro, garagem coberta, ou seja todas as mordomias, sem pagamentos adicionais num apartamento de luxo, com excelentes condições e decorado com muito bom gosto...
Embora não tenha usufruido da cozinha e casa no sentido geral, porque passámos o tempo fora, foi com agrado que concluí ser uma opção segura e económica, e a mais completa que poderia ter, com total autonomia e em modo de simulação a uma vida real lá (fora do impessoal do hotel).

The apartment was tastefully decorated. Has everything you need to self cater. We stayed for 11 nights. It is very central for all amenities and Claire the owner is very helpful in pointing you in the right direction. The pool was a godsend on those hot days and the view of Table Mountain was just to die for. We will definately return and highly recommend it to others for a holiday.
I can definitely recommend B2 Soho! It's a very stylish, neat self-catering apartment, with all the necessary amenities, for an enjoyable stay. Well situated. Good value for money!
No complaints at all! the location of the unit is in a central area of cape town. there are tons of food options within a 5-10 minutes walk. the unit was exactly as advertised. the biggest surprise in the whole experience was the owner, claire. working with her was a true delight. she responded promptly to emails and was a great resource on all things cape town. we would definitely stay at her unit again.

I enjoy it being quite low key and quirky and mixing with locals as well as tourists and having a few good eateries, bars and coffee shops nearby with easy walking distance into the city centre and the waterfront and Green Point with short taxi rides to beach areas.
