Lovely place would definitely book again
Lovely house, quiet, peaceful and relaxing, ideal getaway. Deposit refund paid back quickly. Will definitely recommend the house to anyone who wants a quiet relaxing holiday.
We woke on our first morning to a giraffe standing right outside our front door. This experience was followed with daily visits from guinea fowl, warthogs, zebras, and kudu. It was a wonderful African experience. We especially loved the boma and braai area and the hot tub was fun. The house could benefit from a good clean and we would have appreciated a few more basic necessities provided, as done in most self-catering places, like soap, extra garbage bags and toilet rolls. Overall, a great place to stay!
The house was clean and neat. Everything you need is available. No need to go far. The shops is down the road. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to break away from the city life.
Upon our arrival we could already see impalas in the park.
Waking up in the morning, we woke up to Zebras on our door step.
The experience was breath taking, the kids loved it.
The house was just how we pictured it. We will definitely be coming back.
Everything was perfect. The house was beyond our expectations and owner was very prompt always.
Walking tall lodge is fantastic! The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is beautiful. The braai area with the Jacuzzi and tame wildlife in the garden is everything you need. There are thousands of things you can do. One really needs to stay 5 nights or more to get the full experience of the tranquil African bush. When we left back home we already missed Walking Tall. We will be back soon for longer next time.
Perfect, definitely will revisit. Thank you.

This was a wonderful experience. Walking Tall exceeded all our expectations. At night we could hear Lion roar from Kruger and the animal encounters around the house was unbelievable.

The natural environment. Although very dry in the Winter.
Being close to the wild. The tranquility was fabulous.
The feeling that you're one with nature, is exactly what a tired soul needs. The park has everything a person require, from personal stuff to juice for your motorcar.
