We offer 4-star suites, a selection of affordable & luxury rooms, or one and two-bedroom suites, within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops & attractions.

The Suites offers you an en-suite room with a shower, a comfortable lounge, kitchen & outside BBQ area, with an additional TV in the lounge. Sleeps 2 or 3.
Family Suites are perfect for small families and groups, these luxury suites each have 2 en-suite bedrooms, each with twin beds, a TV, and a walk-in shower. These rooms are joined together by an open lounge and kitchen. The sliding door opens to the balcony where you will find BBQ facilities. Sleeps 3 - 6. Breakfast and housekeeping services are available at an additional cost.
Secure off-street parking is available.
Everything is nearby, the airport is only 12 km away and the nearest beach 10km. The surrounding must-visit areas are Mossel Bay, Knysna & Tsitsikamma, which includes more than 10 selected & awarded golf courses. We arrange everything from shark-cage diving in Mossel-Bay to Elephant Walks or Bungee jumping!

Awesome clean Rooms .beautiful view. Staff is excellent recomend any one to go there. Close to the shops
I had a wonderful time at 17onWellington. The suites are neat and beautiful. The location is convenient as it is close to most restaurants and shopping centres. Sonia in particular, was so warm and welcoming from my arrival right till my checking out. She went the extra mile to make my stay even more beautiful.
I will definitely recommend it.
Thanks for providing a warm stay in the cold of winter, the warm water bottle at night and heater helped immensely. The prompt interaction with the staff on WhatsApp an added blessing. Thanks for a great place. Sonja thanks to you for the lovely treats at breakfast every morning, you are polite, friendly and experienced and creates a lovely warm atmosphere at breakfast and thanks for doing our laundry. Wellington is a great stay. Will return hopefully next year.

Had an excellent time - very trendy - like the look, bedrooms and bathrooms amazing - what I liked the most was that they even catered for smokers on the balcony with an' ashtray ' and the tea and coffee story with fresh milk - normally , most hotels etc. have sachets of powder milk which I hate - very innovative , stylish, warm and eco friendly and value for money. I will definitely recommend.

We had to find somewhere to stay for 1 night after our accommodation that we had, was cancelled.
Found this GEM on Lekker Slaap. Had a response from Esme within 5 min. We were flying back to PMB just after 9 the next day. So it was not even 5min drive from the airport. The rooms were spacious, clean and very well furnished. The country feel was amazing and affordable. Ill keep it on my list of where to stay.
The place is clean and very neat, the owners are very welcoming and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back there, it's also very secure.
The friendliness, the vibe they had going this time of the year, the beautiful scenery and the guest houses are amazing.
