Villa Violet is a bed and breakfast establishment situated in the up-market suburb of Klein Windhoek. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, in close proximity to a decent selection of quality amenities as well as some of Windhoek's best restaurants. The rooms open out onto a patio with tables and chairs, and a small turquoise-blue pool glistens invitingly at the bottom of the garden. The Guest House is in close proximity to restaurants and shops, and a short drive away from the city center, making is not only an appealing place stay but a convenient stop when entering or leaving the country.
There are 8 en-suite rooms which front onto a grassy central area. Air-conditioner/heater, an in-room safe, Wi-Fi connection are standard. Step outside onto a private patio where you can relax and unwind on comfortable tables and chairs. That small, turquoise-blue pool at the bottom of the garden awaits!
All of the rooms at the villa, including the lounge and breakfast room, are set around a picturesque courtyard. A continental buffet-style meal is served in the breakfast room. Complimentary coffee is available throughout the day and a plate of delicious home made biscuits are never far away. All of the inside rooms are non-smoking, but guests may light-up outside if they wish.

Remote control devices to operate the electric gate are provided and a security guard is on duty during silent hours. Hosts Heidi and Ben can recommend a number of popular restaurants for dinner, including the legendary Joe's Beerhouse.

Hard to see why Trip Advisor rated this as #1 B & B in Windhoek. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was nowhere near as good as in other establishments in Namibia. Swimming pool ( not used) is very small

Villa Violet is a very friendly and clean place - run by a nice young couple. Rooms are tastefully decorated, but not overdone. There is a small pool (just for dipping really), the location is quiet, yet not too far from them main road. I would book again.
