Welcome to Biggy Best Cottages & Camping,
Biggy Best Cottages is situated in the heart of the Natal Midlands and popular Midlands Meander, only three minutes' drive from Howick Falls and five minutes' drive from Midmar Dam. We have many On-Site and Local facilities. Quaint garden cottages set in 3,5 acres of Laggan Lea Estate, fully equipped for self-catering. We also have 13 corporate accommodation suites available. Breakfast can also be arranged at an additional cost.

Our car broke down, and happy to have found this lovely place to stay until all the repairs were done. This will definitely be a great half-way stop in future.
Enjoyed our stay, staff are friendly and accommodation was clean.
Very friendly staff made my stay a comfortable and pleasant experience. Rooms are clean and have everything you need. Would have appreciated a better DSTV service but otherwise everything was good.

I booked a number of rooms to attend a friends wedding in the area. We had to add people on and reorganize at one point and the team at Biggy Best were incredibly helpful and understanding. The accommodation was beautiful! Thank you.
Great place to stay. The hosts are extremely helpful, bistro food was awesome (must try the ribs and their Build a Basket)

Lovely peaceful area
Black Olive for lunch on Sunday.
Unfortunately with the hard lockdown we were unable to try restaurants and pubs. So I would like to reserve my comments for a later stage.
Still want to go to the Howick Falls, Midmar Dam and the Mooirivier Mideor. Need to spend more time in Howick.
Just travelled through, really.
View the falls and eat at the various restaurants in the town. Food was excellent.
Howick is very limited in what it offers... best to drive out to spots in the surrounding Midlands areas...
Midmar dam, Nelson Mandela capture site, stunning restaurants and shops.
Pleasant little country village to stop in and see the Howick falls.
We enjoyed our lunch at the Farmer's Daughter restaurant... dog friendly too.
