Fairwood Villa is a modern self-catering home ideal for a large family, groups of friends and sports tours, and can accommodate max 22 guests in 7 bedrooms.
The house has full-time employees who do daily cleaning and breakfast, which is included in the price per night.
The villa offers 7 spacious air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen leading to a large dining area with tables and chairs, plenty seating area's, a lovely garden with a koi pond and a large roof-top swimming pool with ocean views and braai facilities.
Secure parking for 10 vehicles is provided and the house has its own security guard.
In-Room:
The bedrooms contain single beds which can be configured as double beds on request. All the bedrooms have air-conditioning and a TV with a selection of DStv channels. Rooms 1, 4 and 5 each contain a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin. Rooms 2 and 6 have a full en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower, a toilet and washbasin. Room 3 contains an en-suite bathroom with a bath only, toilet and washbasin.
Facilities:
The house has a fully equipped kitchen with a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, and cutlery and crockery. The kitchen leads to a large dining area with tables and chairs. Free Wi-Fi is available. Outside, there is a lovely garden and a koi pond, a large roof-top swimming pool with ocean views and braai facilities.
Guests can make full use of the premises which includes the rooftop pool, braai area and kitchen. The Guesthouse has full-time employees who do daily cleaning and breakfast, which is included in the price per night.
Shuttle service is available at an additional fee.
