Reviews
Battlefields Lodge is a large complex with many types of accommodation and facilities. Dinner and breakfast is served in the restaurant with friendly staff. We stayed in a round silo room which was nicely decorated.
Amazing Location, Loved The Accommodation, Delicious Breakfast.
Pity We Stayed For One Night Only.
It was fine, I got what was displayed.
We had an amazing stay at the lodge and can only give 100% credit for the hospitality and friendly reception we received. We were accommodated in every way and thank the staff and manager for their kind assistance. They truly went the extra mile. I will recommend Battlefielfds Country Lodge to anyone. Thank you. Lily
The lady at reception, sorry I don't know her name. Her welcome was incredibly warm and she made us feel at home immediately. She was also very helpful in showing us around the property and to our rooms. To be fair, all of the staff were great.
Great place, great staff, situated in a wonderful part of the world.
There was a young man that cleaned our vehicle daily. Amazing personality and service. Was so surprised and very very pleased. His the kind of person that should man reception with his personality and language skills and telling us to travel safely and stop if we tired was amazing.
The bar man who was on duty on Friday afternoon 25th May. A great young man indeed. The overall service from reception to kitchen even the guy at the packing bays. It was awesome to see him stop what he was doing to show us where we could park to be closer to our room and walking us to the room. The highlight was for the owner to find time to come greet us and had a chat with us. That made us feel warmly welcomed. Thank you.
Getting together with like-minded pilots is always a pleasure and I will continue to attend the Fly-Away for as long as I possibly can.
Beautiful quiet and peaceful oasis.
