Fabulous apartment with EVERYTHING one could need, and more...Wonderful view, excellent service. A big shout out to Thomas for his care and help.
Bright and clean with great ocean view, it is an excellent place for a holiday with family. We enjoyed being here, really relaxed, we spent one day for sight seeing while we spent most of the time in the apartment, while my daughter played herself, we could do a bit of our work as well and my husband cook for us. Feel very good to be together in such nice place and enjoy the family time.
We really enjoyed our stay in the luxury apartment it met all of our expectations. The views and facilities were first class. The maid came in every day to clean and tidy the apartment which was a very pleasant surprise which was not expected.
We recently spent the most amazing eight nights at Bay Reflections. The property is expertly managed by Doris and Peter and kept totally spotless by Joy and Thomas. From beginning to end nothing was too much trouble and the service was consistently far beyond expectations. We were in the penthouse which is vast with dazzling panoramic views of the coast and mountains. Every evening we witnessed the most fantastic sunsets from the spacious balcony. The rooms are cool and luxuriously furnished and the kitchen well equipped with everything you would need including an excellent coffee machine! Our every whim was catered to- when we mentioned we were thinking of attending a concert at the botanical gardens Doris booked the tickets and provided us with a hamper and blanket for a picnic. In fact Doris printed out a full itinerary for us based on our wish list and organised excellent drivers and guides so we really made the most of our stay. The pool was a perfect size for our kids and well furnished with pool toys. The pool side has plenty of lounging areas including an enormous day bed. Everything Cape Town has to offer is in easy reach of the apartments. Thank you so much to the team at Bay Reflections for delivering such an amazing experience.
We had a wonderful time at Bay Reflections. The apartment is amazing: the most beautiful view, the breathtaking sunset, everything is quite new and very very comfortable. Doris the manager is really kind and helped us out with everything we needed. Thomas and Joy kept everything clean and were really kind. Everything was perfect and it was the best investment ever! I hope to come back once again.
We have stayed in the garden apartment for 5 nights which has its own private little garden with direct access to the pool. The apartment is very spacious and has upscale furniture, design and interior materials. We felt very much at home, unlike other premises where the decoration is not as nice as this one. The kitchen is also very spacious with a table, fridge, cooking facilities and microwave. There is lots of space for clothing and accesories etc. The bed was very comfortable and there is no noise during the night (with the exception from the birds singing in the morning). We have never slept so well during our trip through the country. The beach can be accessed in 25 minutes walk or within minutes by car (there is a parking garage on the beach). Not far from the house, there is a very nice supermarket which caters also international products.The apartment is very safe and has an alarm system. Doris, the manager, was extremely helpful and explained everything about the apartment, gave useful tips where and when to eat and where to drive, which taxi to call, which way to take up the table mountain, theater plays, markets, museums etc. etc. We did not have to use a travel guide or search the internet because Doris knew everything very well and was really helpful and kind. The housekeepers were also very sweet and helpful. An exceptional stay in a beautiful apartment. We will be back for sure, thank you so much!!
We were very happy with our choice. A luxurious apartment with the greatest view you can think of. Every evening a dream sunset in pleasant surroundings. We enjoyed the luxury of this apartment very much and were pleased that dishes were washed away-what more could you want?
Great location, great host and staff, who even did our groceries before arrival. We stayed in the Garden apartment with our baby, which was perfect and safe for him. Easy access to the pool. Great views. Well equipped apartment.
What a sparkling gem! My mother and I stayed here for 5 nights in November 2017 and couldn't have been happier. Our service manager, Doris was the most friendliest and helpful person we've ever met at a serviced apartment. Absolutely nothing was too much of a bother. The 2bedroom apartment was very spacious and was immaculate and well appointed... couldn't want for anything more - right from the complimentary wines down to the spice rack! The location was perfect - set back from the busier and noisy beach area and the sunsets on the balcony were unforgettable. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this one and if we're ever lucky enough to get back to Camps Bay, we're staying here!

There are so many thing to do here but what I enjoyed most was being centrally located with so many day trip options available.
