Needed a room at short notice and the owner and staff went out of their way to accommodate me and helped me settle in. Have booked a room for my last two nights in Cape Town to stay with them again. Everyone very professional and cannot do enough for a person. Thank you to Monica and her staff.
My Daughters and I spent the night before her wedding at Cape Pillars. We were treated with so much warmth & truly felt at home from the moment we stepped in. It is an absolute beauty which I would gladly recommend. The next morning we were treated to a hearty Champagne breakfast after which our Hair and Make-up artists arrived and prepared us for the wedding. The staff constantly checked up on us to ensure that everything was 100% for this momentous occasion.
The staff here are fantastic. I was arriving late, and they had gone to the trouble of preparing me a meal that I could heat in the microwave in my room, and Monica fetched me a chilled bottle of wine. Breakfast is whatever you want and the cooked option is superb. If you want to be left alone you can be, or there is a large sitting area where you can drink coffee and chat to other guests if you prefer. I will return as soon as I can. Thanks so much for making my stay so pleasant.
Property was in tip top condition, room splendid and well chosen fittings and design. Service was welcoming, kind and enthusiastic. Will always go back. Highly recommended to anyone who needs to stay in the area.
I honestly had the privilege of staying at the Boutique Hotel for 8 days. The welcome one receives when you arrive is warm and friendly. The accommodation spacious, clean & modern. The facilities in the room was superb. The breakfasts were always tasty and fresh fresh. Supper in the evenings, were scheduled to accommodate the guests & was always tasty & generous in helpings.
Lovely reception on our arrival. Room was well set up and had everything we needed. Kindly helped us set up bed for toddler. Enjoyed breakfast the next morning with the lovely chef. Only stayed one night but would certainly recommend to friends and family.
An awesome experience - just what we were looking for - excellent service, privacy, delicious food and a peaceful, beautiful setting. I will certainly recommend Cape Pillars to friends and colleagues in the future.
