Welcome to The Fernery Lodge & Chalets,
The Fernery offers guests breathtaking views; beautifully appointed and superbly furnished luxury rooms, tastefully and individually decorated. Open fireplaces in the lounge and dining room; a jacuzzi, sauna and a swimming pool ... are but some of the features that make the Lodge a really special destination. We have 7 various room choices. There is something for everyone, from the honeymoon couple to a family occupying a luxurious apartment chalet. Unfortunately, the lodge is not child-friendly. We recommend our chalets for families. All units are tastefully decorated and fitted with all amenities to ensure comfort and privacy.

The Fernery - always an absolute delight - from the location, to the lovely well established Lodge, the beautiful well laid out wooden chalets, the service and welcome is always great! The views, the beautiful river gorge and waterfalls - - stunning! stunning! stunning!
The beautiful hikes, cycle routes are worth the exploring and energy! The food quality in the Lodge is really superb.
The only disappointment is that the Nursery was not accessible over the weekend - we were really looking forward to buying a couple of ferns to take home - this really needs to be manned over weekends - as this is when a number of guests visit like us for the weekend - so to not have the Nursery open is very very disappointing.
The other frustration is the Wi-Fi and connectivity - could really be improved!
