Very friendly staff. Rooms were well equipped, but unfortunately the coffee station wasn't up to standard. The kettle and 2 teabags were there, but no coffee, no mugs to drink from and 1 sugar. The host probably just forgot to stock it up again. Other than that, I pleasant experience.
Excellent service from the staff
Our stay was amazing. The hostess, Gugu, was so helpful, efficient and friendly. The cleaning staff were brilliant. The room was tastefully decorated. Would definitely recommend this guest house
This is the fourth time we have stayed at the lodge. The staff are always professional and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and well presented.
