This luxury holiday home has a comfortable big living room, a fully fitted kitchen, modern quality appliances, and a kitchen bar. The lovely dining room with an 8-seater dining table is in an open-plan design to the kitchen. There are three bedrooms, two downstairs and one upstairs - each with an en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed (king-size, 184cm width), and its bathroom has a walk-in shower with shower head and hand shower (no bathtub). The second bedroom downstairs (incl. a safe) is fitted with two single beds, and the bathroom has a shower cubicle. Both bathrooms are fitted with a heated towel rail. In front of the third bedroom upstairs is an extra room with a small kitchenette and a sofa bed. The bedroom accommodates two people in single beds and leads to an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
A washing machine, a tumble dryer, and a large freezer are available in the scullery next to the multi-purpose room.
The villa is located on a piece of land in a quiet location close to the Steenberg Golf Club. The lush, large garden with a swimming pool, the veranda, and the two terraces cannot be seen from the street. The veranda is equipped with a barbecue (gas grill and open fireplace), an 8-seater dining table, and two terraces with small seating areas.

Our fully under-floor-heated 80 sqm cottage has two bedrooms, both en-suite to the same bathroom. The master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed, and the second with a queen-size bed. The bathroom has a large shower cabin, a designer basin, a lovely corner bath, and a corner toilet. Separate guest toilet downstairs.
The granite-top kitchen is open plan to the lounge and fully equipped with high-quality appliances, such as a big fridge/freezer combo, induction stove, oven, extractor, microwave, sink, washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher. There is a dining area with seating for five and a corner lounger in front of the 50" Smart TV. Private garden and spacious veranda/terrace with outdoor furniture and braai facilities. Garage parking.
"HIGHGROVE COTTAGE" (Holiday Home in Kirstenhof):
Our "Highgrove Cottage" is a 92 sqm semi-detached house in a quiet gated community close to a mall with lots of shops and restaurants. The lounge with brand new appliances fully fitted open-plan kitchen leads onto a terrace covered by a pergola and surrounded by a small garden. On the second floor are 3 bedrooms; the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom fitted with 2 single beds, and the other bedrooms (sharing the second bathroom next door) are equipped with a queen-size bed each. All bedrooms offer a lot of storage space in built-in cupboards. There is a guest toilet downstairs.
The common occupation is 4 people. The cottage can accommodate add. 2 people for a surcharge. Parking next to the cottage inside the estate. There is a reception/front gate operated by security service personnel. Electric fencing all around the property!
"COTTAGE CHARDONNAY" (Studio in Constantia-The Vines):
This beautiful and cosy 30 sqm apartment offers furnished self-catering accommodation for two people in a queen-size bed (top-quality mattress) and max. two children on a comfortable sofa bed.
The small cottage boasts one open-plan room design with a bedroom, an underfloor heated bathroom, a fully fitted kitchenette, sink, and a lounge/dining room with an Internet-linked 48" Smart TV. It leads to a private patio with a delightful small garden and dining area with a BBQ facility, sun loungers, and outdoor seating for four.

Both bedrooms are equipped with a double bed (king-size, two separate mattresses in extra length).
The brand-new kitchen is open-plan to lounge and fully equipped with modern quality appliances, such as a big fridge/freezer combo, an induction stove, an extractor, a microwave oven, a sink, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. The lounge and bedrooms are fitted with an Aircon-System. The lounge with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen has a big window and (3-meter wide) sliding doors and leads to a beautiful balcony. From here, our guests can enjoy an outstanding view of the garden/swimming pool and the mountain setting of the back slope of Table Mountain.

Our 65 sqm apartment is positioned on the ground floor of the double-storey building. The fascinating 2-room apartment has one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower, bathtub, heater). The lounge with an open-plan kitchen has a big window and a sliding door (both 3 meters wide) and leads to a loggia offering a stunning view of the garden, including a swimming pool and the mountain setting of the back slope of Table Mountain. This cosy holiday home has its private entrance and is separated from the other accommodation units.
The stylish bathroom has a beautiful oval bath, walk-in shower, toilet, and basin. A sliding door leads onto a private 40 sqm patio with flower beds, a 4-seater table and a luxury Weber Braai (no swimming pool!). This property has electric fencing, beams, and alarm contact all around. Parking off-street behind the automatic gate.

"VILLA MALBEC" (Large Luxury Vacation Home in Constantia Rural):
This charming 350sqm villa on a plot of almost 3,000 sqm has two living rooms, a fully fitted open plan kitchen, five regular bedrooms and four bathrooms (three en-suite) as well as a very chic training and leisure room. In addition, a covered entertainment area can be used directly next to the swimming pool.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the en-suite bathroom has a large shower cubicle and a long bath. The other four bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds, two of which are en-suite to their own bathrooms. The open kitchen impresses with its spaciousness, the high-quality gas stove and the large double-door fridge/freezer combo. A washing machine and dryer are available and can be used for a minimum stay of 7 days.
The villa impresses with its style, characterized by the use of natural building materials, the spacious living areas and the embedding in a lush garden plot.
We ask for a Final Cleaning Fee (FCF) and a Refundable Damage Deposit (RDD).
All villas, cottages and apartments are serviced twice a week.
All of our holiday homes are situated in the wonderful green Constantia Valley, the oldest wine region of South Africa. This area, close to Table Mountain, has an excellent infrastructure with all amenities and a beautiful landscape with hiking trails. Close to private hospitals, e.g. Constantiaberg Hospital, and close to the best shopping facilities (e.g. Constantia Village, Constantia Emporium, Blue Route Mall), Steenberg and West Lake Golf Course, the Famous Cape Wine Routes and have excellent restaurants "around the corner". The beaches offer a lot of water sports as well. Downtown Cape Town with all its attractions, such as the Waterfront, museums and theatres, Cape Malay Quarter, Parliament, Companies Garden, the Cable Way, Markets, and and and.........you can reach in 15 minutes, and the list goes on....
Property Facilities:An immaculate big private garden surrounds the well-appointed holiday homes of Constantia Cottages. Our guests have access to a solar-heated swimming pool (not Cottage Chenin and HighGrove Cottage). Many lights illuminate the properties at night, and all units are alarmed inside and outside the buildings with beams, sensors and cameras and protected by the armed response. Secure off-street parking for one car per unit (some in garages).

Die Villa liegt in zentraler Lage in Tokai, einem schönen, grünen Vorort von Kapstadt. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und hat eine besondere Ambiente. Die Ausstattung ist neu bzw. neuwertig und geschmackvoll aufeinander abgestimmt. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Die Betten sind sehr komfortabel, die Bäder gut ausgestattet. Deutsches Fernsehen schauen zu können, war sehr angenehm. Die wirklich schöne und bestens ausgestattete Küche haben wir kaum genutzt, da die Restaurants in der näheren und etwas weiteren Umgebung sehr gut und preiswert sind. Insbesondere die erholsamen Nachmittage in dem wunderschönen Garten an dem einladenden Swimming Pool haben wir sehr genossen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und werden diese hochwertige Unterkunft an unsere Freunde weiterempfehlen. Für nächstes Jahr haben wir schon gebucht und freuen uns darauf, hier wieder für einige Wochen zu wohnen.
Noch eine Anmerkung:
Golfer wie wir kommen hier besonders auf ihre Kosten, da es zu renommierten Golfplätzen nur kurze Wege sind, z.B. der Steenberg Golf Club liegt gerade um die Ecke.

In dem sehr schönen und gepflegten Haus in sehr guter Lage in Tokai haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Neben den äußerst bequemen Betten und der volleingerichteten Küche haben wir vor allem den üppigen Garten mit dem wunderschönen, beheiztem Swimming Pool genossen. Der Verwalter des Hauses war sehr aufmerksam und hat uns bestens betreut. Für uns als Golfer und Restaurantbesitzer war der Standort von besonderer Güte, da wir sowohl zu mehreren Golfplätzen, als auch zu zahlreichen, teilweise sehr guten Restaurant nur kurze Wege zurückzulegen hatten. Wir können dieses Feriendomizil nur bestens empfehlen und werden sicherlich wiederkommen, evtl. schon im nächsten Jahr.
