Annie’s Boutique Guesthouse and Garden Spa with delightfully refurbished rooms that speak of elegance, romance, style and service. Privately owned guest house offering a very romantic and individual experience of Bed & Breakfast with a lawned area and swimming pool.
Artwork and sculptures abound through the garden and into the individual rooms. From the Ancestor purported to be fabricated from the wing of a Citroen car that was shown in the 1939 French Expo show to the Derrière that stands adjacent to the front door, carved from Zimbabwe wood.
In Room Facilities:All rooms have the following facilities: Swimming Towels, Room Heaters during the winter season, electric ceiling fans, hairdryer, tea, coffee facilities, fridge, DStv, TV. Bath salts and soap manufactured and labelled specially for Annie's House.
Area Information:Annie’s Boutique Guesthouse and Garden Spa is situated close to the Hartbeespoort dam in the Magaliesberg mountain range, there is an abundance of activities available which include game drives, walking trails, guided Anglo-Boer history tours, craft markets, horse-riding, bird-watching, tennis, bowls and two excellent golf courses. The famous De Wildt Cheetah breeding farm is situated on the northern slopes of the Magaliesberg, and a Cape Vulture colony may be seen on the southern cliff face.
Property Facilities:Annie’s Boutique Guesthouse and Garden Spa, a place where relaxing is the driving force albeit sunbathing/swimming in the pool or dreaming whilst watching the yachts and hot air balloons sailing by.
For the more adventurous there is a huge choice of activities in the surrounding area. However, if you are very fortunate you may even catch sight of a wedding ceremony taking place down on the Dam Overclub or Paragliders being shuffled along on the wind like seed heads.
There are many restaurants and special pubs in the area, including a floating restaurant on the dam. Ox-wagon trails are available and the well-known Sterkfontein and Wonder caves, together with the Rhino reserve are situated a few kilometres to the south of Lesedi.
The area around the Hartbeespoort Dam is a favourite locality for artists, and paintings, sculptures, hand-made dolls, furniture and a wide variety of original clothing may be purchased.

We absolutely loved it and every one was so nice to us the place is spectacular. I can’t wait to go stay there again.
