31 Rhodora, A 1 bedroom gem of an apartment is situated in the Rhodora complex along one of Cape Towns most saught after avenues, offering comfort style and easy of access to the highlights of Cape Town sightseeing, such as Green Point Park, the V&A Waterfront, Sea Point Promenade and Table Mounting.
Entering into this warm open plan kitchen with its wood counter top and fully equipped easily accessible working appliances, the pine cupboards with its matching floors makes it feel like home.
The lounge has its beautiful patio doors with cream floor length curtains, matching throws, cushions and mirrors to compliment this area.
The spacious cupboards in the bedroom for hanging and packing with amazing windows to embrace the sea breeze .The queen bed with head board and matching pedestals, with the most amazing autumn colours of throws and scatter cushions. I am there to relax a cane chair.
Key & Breakage Deposit:
A standard key & breakage deposit is payable before or at check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the apartment and may be changed at owner’s / management’s discretion. The following types of payments are accepted:
Secure online payment / Pre-authorisation link that can be sent directly to you or sent with the check in host on the day of arrival (preferred). This is for all short term stays less than 28 nights only.
If no credit card will be available upon check in and for all stays more than 28 nights; the deposit is payable via EFT but needs to bank before arrival.
If none of the two options above was actioned a non-refundable cash payment must be made before check in can be completed.
Deposits will be refunded between 7 and 14 working days after bank confirmation letter has been received, should everything be in order.
As well as a non-refundable R300 meet & greet for check-in outside of office hours on weekdays, and weekends after 18:00 (6:00pm)
