The Oceans 11’01 unit is part of a complex consisting of 12 units and is located on the second floor. We are situated close to the Shelly Center in Shelly Beach and has direct access to the beach. The unit has a master bedroom with one double bed and two additional bedrooms each with two single beds.

It has two bathrooms both with showers and one bath in the master bathroom which is en-suite. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped for six people. There is a spacious living room with a sleeper couch and TV with DStv access . The living room and master bedroom leads on to a spacious balcony with a great view of the Indian Ocean.

There is one lock up garage, and guest parking for one with a swimming pool in the complex. One set of linen will be provided for each bed, but no towels will be provided.
There is a swimming pool on the property. Braai facilities on the balcony and down stairs on the common lawn.
The main swimming beach, St Michaels on Sea, is within walking distance from this unit, approximately 800 meters away. You won’t need to use your vehicle to get to an official swimming beach. St Michaels on Sea is regarded as one of the safest swimming beaches on the coast of South Africa!
