Little Fields has various self-catering accommodation options available: The Country House is ideal for larger groups with four bedrooms including a separate self-catering flat; The Little Loft cottage is perfect for families with two bedrooms, a fireplace and a fully-equipped kitchen, while The Fern Forest cottage is more suited to couples and business people with two separate en-suite bedrooms linked by a small living area and kitchenette. The Green-House is situated in a quiet corner of the property surrounded by trees, flowers and plants. It has a wooden wrap around deck for good weather days and a fireplace stashed with firewood for chilly evenings.

All accommodation (except the Green-House) at Little Fields has:

Little Fields is situated in Cedara, on the outskirts of Hilton in the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands. It looks out over the Cedara Valley and is on the Birnam Wood road that winds through scenic farm land to a gentle cul-de-sac...great for leisurely walks or energetic cycling and running as very little traffic.

We provide a key to all our guests which unlocks the gate to 12 hectares of rolling farmland, perfect for evening strolls around the dam or exploring the wetlands with your bino's or the kids!

At the start of the Midlands Meander, key tourist places are close by including: The Mandela Monument, Midmar Dam, Howick Falls and Thurlow Game Reserve, to name a few. For sporting enthusiasts, there are dams, rivers, mountains and forests to explore within a 2 km radius.
