Home away from home! Very comfy and spacious bedrooms. Beds sleep like a dream (well for me).
Reception is very friendly and organized. Room service very quick and spot on with your order. Milkshakes is divine and can definitely taste what you ordered. Once again thanks to our friendly waiter, Nicole. A ray of sunshine.

Ruslamere is excellently located, especially for me driving from Malmesbury's direction. The staff are friendly. The internet is fast, which important for a software company conference. The food is also very good.
My visit this time was 200% better because of being accommodated for being a vegan - breakfast and supper were very good, thanks. The rooms are fabulous and the venue superb (WiFi is top deck) but our travel agent did not advise you of me being vegan on the last visit last year and could only eat dry toast and jam for breakfast - not a great start to the day.
It was the most excellent accommodation in Cape Town. Staff is friendly and very professional. All meals is out of the books. Ruslamere really gives you the feeling of being at home. Thanks for your hospitality.
