We had a very comfortable stay. Rate very reasonable and it included a great breakfast! Highly recommended.
Excellent accommodation...comfortable bed and tastefully decorated room and bathroom. Very adequate facilities for my purposes and the kitchenette was well supplied. Extremely clean which always makes me feel more comfortable when staying in a B&B, Guest House or Hotel.
Jade, and Caroline, who works alongside her, were friendly and welcoming. Both went out of their way to ensure that my stay was pleasant which it most certainly was. Breakfast was served at the time I had requested and was tasty.
I enjoyed a good walk around the neighbourhood the evening I was at Rustic Manor...really nice and I felt very safe the whole time, and also in The Autumn Room...security measures in place were reassuring.
I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent host, Bruce and his wife did everything possible to make our stay a pleasant one, Although we were promised breakfast and a pool by the previous owner , she sold the property to Bruce and the property were the pool was to someone else, So we had no pool and that was bad, because we had kids. Thank you Bruce very much for the warmth and hospitality you showed us on our stay . Thank you for your kindness, place was very clean, Every thing that was promised by Bruce to make our stay a pleasant one was done.cleaning services ,toilet rolls etc. I would recommend Rustic Manor to any one, We had booked the entire place for 7 days, hassle free and a safe place, walking distance to shops.

We found it excellent on all fronts:
IDEAl location (can get anywhere really quickly as it is so central to most of the major roads)
SAFE as it can be: car in side, controlled gate access, good lighting at night
CLEAN as a pin and very neat
BIG cottage: more like a small house
WELL equipped kitchen area, we needed nothing!!!!
SERVICE was polite and efficient: from first request to final payment.
Would highly recommend it to anyone, any age.
