Nestled in the Little Karoo town, Oudtshoorn South Africa, we offer a first-in-the-world experience for our guests. We've built a yacht club in the middle of the semi-desert, Little Karoo, from a fleet of yachts, specially fitted & renovated to ensure a comfortable night's stay.
Each accommodation option features an en-suite bathroom. Each yacht or boat contains air-conditioning, a TV with selected DStv channels and a USB input, Wi-Fi access, and a private deck offering mountain views.
We also have our own marina for our yacht ‘Bekka Around the World’. The history, and the perfect encapsulation of a true round-the-world sailor’s life, was what brought ’Bekka’ to Mount Noah. She now has her own center-piece ‘marina’, where visitors can experience Bekkas’ history for themselves, or swim in the pool she’s moored in.

The towns of Oudtshoorn and De Rust are in the Klein Karoo between the Swartberg and Outeniqua mountains. Oudtshoorn is the ostrich capital of the world. The world's biggest bird is just one of the many attractions in this area of exceptional contrasts and natural beauty.
The region is home to the spectacular Cango Caves, Africa's largest show cave system; an ecological hotspot where three distinct plant biomes (succulent karoo, cape thicket and fynbos) converge; and the Swartberg mountain range, which is part of the Cape Floral World Heritage Site.

Love the eccentricity of the boat stay. Unique experience. Although the boat (houseboat) I stayed in small, as expected, you have access to a commercially equipped kitchen with all utensils, indoor braai (not in the boat) and honesty bar. Beautiful view over Oudtshoorn and Swartberg mountains.
