Cute, contemporary furnished cottage with wood-fired hot-tub. Garden has tortoises and beautiful, large owl. Easy to find in St Helena Bay.

Classic, elegant and chic, these three words sum up the style at Goblins Creek. The absence of a TV unit adds to the relaxing and tranquil ambience.

If you dance to the tune of cleanliness, friendliness and tranquillity, I highly recommend staying at Goblins Creek for your next visit to St. Helena Bay.

Absolutely nothing wrong with this excellent place of beauty. Friendly people working there, totally relaxed atmosphere, kitchen open for anyone to use, a lovely braai hut for guests to use and, to top everything, a host of animals ranging from huge tortoises, a crane bird, steenbokkies, chickens, cats etc.
I would avoid booking room 7 (the 'Owl Room') especially in the summer. There is a water pump right at the front door that runs all night, and if you're a light sleeper, it will disturb you if you sleep with your door open. In winter it shouldn't really be a problem. I will definitely go there again if I needed accommodation in St Helena Bay and I will definitely recommend it.

Scenic drives. Clean and modern SPAR supermarket. But generally DEAD - no coffee shops or restaurants. The hotel at St Helena was closed and Paternoster do not accept dogs at their outdoor eating facilities. The historic landmark at the landing place of Vasco da Gama at St Helena Bay was a meeting place for vagrants, and had a pile of litter and very little appeal. Nothing whatsoever to do in St Helena Bay.
