This privately owned four-bedroom house is situated on Campismo Ninho Estate, which is a private housing estate in Ponta Malongane. The house can sleep a total of 10 people.
Of the four bedrooms, two are en-suite and two bedrooms share one bathroom. Both the en-suite bathrooms have showers and the bathroom shared by two bedrooms has a bath and a shower.
The two en-suite bedrooms have double beds and the other two bedrooms have two single beds that can be pushed together or kept apart. Two single mattresses can be put in the living area for two kids. All linen is supplied. Bath towels are also provided, please bring your beach towels. There are enough beds and linen for 10 people. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, with no ceiling fans.
The open-plan kitchen and living area are fully equipped for self-catering. There is a chest freezer and stand-up fridge, electric stove, and all the kitchen equipment required for self-catering. (Fridge, Upright Freezer, Chest Freezer, Microwave, Kettle, Electrical Stove, Oven, Toaster, Plunger, Washing Machine)
No TV or DSTV, just the sounds of the ocean.
The estate has a communal pool, the pool is only a few meters in front of the house. The house has fold-open glass doors that open up onto a large wooden deck overlooking the ocean. There is a gas braai on the outside deck.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
**Please be advised that you will need a 4x4 vehicle to gain access to the property due to the sandy roads.**
The communal swimming pool at this estate has no safety features. Use of the swimming pool and the associated amenities and facilities is strictly at your own risk.
STAFF TIP
The house has a full-time housekeeper, there is a compulsory daily 'tip' of 300 mts for the housekeeper, you can pay this in cash on your day of departure. The tip includes your day of arrival and departure.
REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT
A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable 1 month before arrival and refunded within 14 days of departure.
EARLY And LATE CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Late check-out is on request only. This is due to incoming bookings on the day of your departure. Should the house be available, we will deduct the extra charge of R1500.00 from your refundable breakage deposit, check out by no later than 3 pm.
No pets are permitted. Loud music, parties, and functions will not be allowed. House rules in all Estates have a noise level cut-off of 10:30 pm. Should you not adhere to these rules the full breakage deposit will be retained.

Alfie's house is most comfortable for a family or large group stay. We received personal attention from Mel and Virginia who were both great. Overall very well equipped, nice and quiet and restful. The beach in front of the estate is quiet and clean. Thank you, Lotter Family.

Friendly people and amazing vibe.
The whole relaxed vibe in Ponta Malongane.
Great place to visit, heading back in a couple of months. Bars/restaurants - 360, Ninho's, Drunken Clam, Sunset shack were our favourites and have great staff.
360 bar was really nice, as the name suggests the view was incredible. Further towards Ponta du Ora is die Malboerbar. This was probably the best bar we went to in terms of prices, food and the vibe.
We enjoyed nature, quietness, being without TV, playing board games, driving around in sandy roads to explore, watching the whales from our deck, visit the local little shops.
The friendliness and helpfulness of the locals.
