Great place, fantastic hosts in Marie and Mel. Great meals
We really enjoyed our stay. Hostess was very friendly, helpful and pleasant. Delicious, well prepared food. Stunning views and peaceful. Chalets nicely laid out. Wonderfull experience with the loins, leopard, tigers and much more. Good price and not far from Clarens and Bethlehem. It was bad to leave the following morning. We really enjoyed our stay, Will definitely recommend it for everyone.
Great place food and ect.
We had a lovely stay at Cheetau Game Lodge. Friendly staff, super clean accommodation and nice food. Breakfast was included and a very generous buffet-style meal was served each morning. We loved the big cats, especially listening to their coughs and roaring each morning and evening. The cats are well looked after and their homes are clean and well-kept. All told, a decent stay, close to Bethlehem and Clarens. Thank you to the wonderful young lady you have working at the bar. She also took us on a very informative tour around the enclosures. Unfortunately, I cannot recall her name, but she really is an asset to Cheetau Lodge.
Room was changed to a smaller room and although it states that breakfast and dinner is included it is not. Only Breakfast is included. All in all not too bad - it has great surrounding, beautiful cats and delicious food.
Staff is very friendly, makes you feel very welcome. Rooms nice and clean. Food and drinks are awesome! Real experience with Lions, something to remember. Will visit again.
Stunning place to just have a day outing. Nice clean fatalities. Very interesting tour regarding the wild cat family. Professional and very friendly helpful people. A mist place to visit if you looking for a day outing or even a overnights stay
Excellent for a day trip out of town. Great interactive guides about and with the great Cat species. A must do is a visit to the baby enclosure. Feel cuddle and play with them.
Restaurant facilities is good and they offer overnight accommodation as well. Must be surreal to sleep with the roar of the lions just outside.
Good
A very welcoming and friendly place to stay, hostess was so lovely and we were able to really relax. We loved listening to the lions and so nice to be close to Clarens.

Bethlehem Reviews
I really enjoy smaller towns, its close to Clarence and accommodation is reasonable
The people are friendly and the town is situated in the most beautifull part of the Free State.
Close to Clarens.
Enjoyed dinner at the Wooden Spoon.
It is a small town, but it has all the necessary shops and restaurants.
We went for a doctor's visit, so we did not really move around. We found the bit of shopping that we did very nice and the people very friendly. In summer time this is a very friendly "Platteland" town. Lots of eating places and easy shopping.
Central located.
We found Bethlehem clean and enjoyed the restaurants and pubs.
Less traffic in Bethlehem.
The food and service at Ocean Basket were excellent.
