We have 5 luxury en-suite double rooms. Rates are bed and breakfast but dinner can also be included. All the rooms have a separate bathtub and shower as well as an outside patio in a garden setting. No children under 13 allowed.
Please note that all cancellations will be refunded according to our cancellation policy, minus any relevant administrative or bank charges.

Malachite Manor Luxury Guest Lodge is situated in Underberg, a small farming community at the foothills of the Southern Drakensberg. The area is part of the uKhahlamba-Drakensberg Park World Heritage Site and is 30km from the Sani Pass - 2874m above sea level, the pass is the gateway between South Africa and Lesotho.

Mountain views and the breath of fresh air
It's far enough away from all the hubub to really feel like you're away from it all but also has a lot available to do if you so wish. The scenery is beautiful and the air is fresh!
Hiking, swimming, relaxing.
If you're in to adventure, then Underberg is the place to visit. There's no shortage of trails for running, hiking and mountain biking. It's close to the Drakensberg and Sani Pass.
Breath-taking beautiful! Well stocked convenience store (Elands Rest) and a few nice restaurants to have coffee. Just very cold, even in Nov.

For us its all about the hiking in the mountains.
