Overall a good stay. Only issue was that there is only a small LED lantern in the room for loadshedding, and this was not charged, so we were unable to see what we were doing, when trying to pack-up in order to leave early in the morning.

The experience was very good for an overnight stay. All the basics available in the room, communication from host, and check-in was seamless.

This was our home away from home. Staff were friendly and they made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. My family had booked the 3 Tranquil houses and all of us were happy. A plus was that we arrived earlier than the stipulated check in time, we were allowed to check in anyway. . I will be using Tranquil house accommodation again👍🏽👍🏽

This place is great - so quiet, safe and peaceful. My colleague and I spent 3 nights here while on a busy work trip. The staff are so kind and accommodating and the breakfast was delicious. The rooms are very well equipped with A/C, comfortable beds, tea, coffee, biscuits, lovely big bathroom and good WiFi; everything that you need really. Would definitely recommend! I recommend this establishment for various reasons. There is a beautiful big swimming pool, which is always a must in the summer in Queenstown. The rooms are neat, modern and practical. Everything you need is there: Air-con, electric blanket, iron, ironing board, bar fridge, microwave, cutlery & crockery, even a chocolate and a biscuit waiting for you every afternoon! :) There is always more than enough coffee, tea, etc. There is always an extra role of toilet paper and toilet spray. The free wi-fi is unlimited. The showers always have hot water and the pressure is perfect. My five colleagues and I keep on returning to Tranquil, because we are happy with the standard and the friendly, helpful attitude of the owner. The B&B is situated in a nice long avenue, so I enjoy taking a nice brisk walk up to the top and back. You will definitely be seeing us again Corne. Thank you for everything!! :)

Everything is very professional...service is excellent...dinner and breakfast very nice...rooms are very neat and clean..comfortable beds...secured parking....warm welcoming you can feel that you are at home.

I visit Queenstown several times a year on business trips and prefer to stay in a semi self catering room - microwave and fridge. Tranquil House is perfect - it is safe, secure, has clean rooms with Selected DSTV channels. The owner and Manageress are extremely friendly and helpful and will go out of their way to ensure that you are comfortable during your stay.
