FOREST COTTAGES: The Carraighs and Treehouse Cottage are situated on different properties in Askop Road, The Crags, between Plettenberg Bay and Nature’s Valley. They both overlook the indigenous forest.
The Carraighs sleeps 5 in two bedrooms and has a large living and dining area, a swimming pool and forest walks. Really stunning views. It is a spacious, stand-alone cottage. One full bathroom downstairs. The second bedroom is a large loft bedroom with a separate and outside staircase.
Treehouse Cottage is an small open-plan cottage and sleeps two adults and two children. Both forest cottages have separate entrances and are private with wooden decks to either BBQ or simply enjoy the views and the spectacular birdlife.
SEASIDE COTTAGE: Gulls Way is in nearby Keurbooms Strand and has stunning views of the sea. It is a family bungalow on a hill above the beach and has two bedrooms and a large living area and separate dining room. Outside verandah with BBQ facilities and a lock up garage suitable for sedans only.
In Room Facilities:All three cottages are fully self-catering. They all have fans, heaters and microwave ovens. Gulls Way and The Carraighs have full kitchens with stoves.
Linen is provided and they all have private bathrooms and DSTV. Free Wi-Fi available in all cottages.
The Crags is 17 km's from Plettenberg Bay. Askop Road is a beautiful and quiet road surrounded by indigenous forest and with a security boom at the entrance to ensure your peaceful stay. Our properties are all a minimum of 4 hectares and there are wild antelope, guinea fowl and other small wildlife roaming free in the vicinity. A birders paradise!
Gulls Way overlooks Keurbooms beach which is one of the many stunning beaches, with endless walks in our beautiful town.

There are many animal sanctuaries in close proximity. These include Monkeyland, Birds of Eden, the Elephant Sanctuary, Jukani, Lawnwood Snake Sanctuary, Plettenberg Bay Game Reserve and Tenikwa Wildlife Sanctuary.
In addition you can Swim with the Seals, go Whale or Dolphin watching in season, Bungi Jumping or Canyoneering/Abseiling, Hiking, Scuba Diving, Surfing, Deep Sea Fishing, Stand Up Paddleboarding, Canoeing, Golfing and many other activities for adults and children. There is a fabulous wine and bubbly route in The Crags and excellent restaurants !

Absolutely beautiful place, so peaceful and Sally is an absolute gem, Very helpful and friendly, really makes a person feel welcome. Perfect place for a get away and they have everything you require in the place itself.
I Stayed at The Treehouse Cottage where my Hostesses where Sally & Margaret. They were amazing and I would definitely go Back again. a beautiful setting and Comfortable stay!

Treehouse Cottage had spectacular view over trees and landscapes. As we watched the beautiful sunset from front door the only word to describe the experience was magnificent.
My husband and I, a son and 2 grandchildren really enjoyed our 3 night stay at the Carraighs. The views are magnificent, the accommodation is good, and Toni is a very accommodating and attentive hostess.
It is also very convenient for all the Crags activities and attractions.
We really enjoyed the peace and quiet. What was the best was the safety there. Really recommend the place.
