Located on the banks of the Orange River, just 1.5km outside of Aliwal North, Conville Farm is the ideal get away location or overnight point on your way to or from the Cape.
In Room Facilities:The farm offers guests a choice of staying in the Red, Yellow or Green Room, each with a private entrance. Each room is furnished with a comfortable double bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a bath or shower, or both. A cot or a mattress can be added for a child. Breakfast is served and other meals can be arranged on request.

It was like finding a little jewel in the bush. Very tranquil setting and lovely garden.
Unexpected piece of history pretty much untouched since built in 1907. A Herbert Baker gem which seems to have escaped the historians.
Thought the 110 yr old house was just wonderful!
Linda was the perfect hostess! Had long chats with her about the history of the house. Loved the beautiful old furniture, and thought that sleeping in a bed with brass head and base was special!!
Breakfast was very good in a special dining room.
