Nwabu Lodge is situated 6 kilometers from the iSimangaliso Wetland Parks in Mbazwana, KwaZulu-Natal. We offer both camping and high quality cabin accommodation. We can accommodate up to 40 guests.
We offer 9 wooden chalets (7 x 2 sleepers) and (2 x 2 sleepers) These units contain either single and 3 quarter beds or 1 double bed and 4 x single beds. There are 2 bathrooms per unit (shower only).
Each chalet has an open plan lounge, dining room, kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove and microwave oven, covered patio and braai facility.
The chalets are cleaned by our housekeeping staff on a daily basis. Service includes making beds, washing dishes, cleaning floors and bathrooms.
There is 4 exlcusive camping sites.
Each camping site contains electrical point and water, well designed ablution block and scullery. There is a beautiful swimming pool as well as bath and dry area for scuba diving gear. The Camp site also has a lapa with bonfire facility for group braais, the lapa is covered for rain and sun protection.
Our latest addition is 4 Glam camps.
2 x 4 sleepers with a double bed in one room and 2 single beds in the other room.

These are build on a beautiful timber deck, covered under IBR Roof sheeting with a private ablution and a small kitchenette with a fridge.

Braai facility in the pool area and in Camping site lapa.

Great accommodation with lovely hosts!!!
The place is in a nice location and the host very kind. However there was no hot water.

A great getaway to chill, relax and enjoy- within a short distance from Sodwana Bay.
It is a little oasis in the middle of nowhere - great facilities and services, welcoming and helpful staff and wonderful hosts who make your stay an exceptional and memorable one.
Wouldn't think twice about returning there.
Dit is regtig 'n oase in die middel van 'n lokasie, maar die mense is baie goeie mense en als word goed instand gehou. Ons sal dit aanbeveel aangesien hul standaard regtig kompeterend is met die ander Lodges in Sodwana. Die chalets is lekker ruim en regtig baie netjies. Vir die prys kry mens regtig meer as verwag!
