We had an amazing relaxing time...... Hosts and staff were so friendly and very informative about the history and info about Inkwenkwezi and the animals. Loved the game drive. Amazing 'tent' experience and delicious food. Thank you.
My daughter and I were thoroughly spoiled during our stay. Williem, our guide looked after us very well and attended to our every need. For the price you pay it is very good value and I am happy to recommend a holiday at Inkwenkwezi to anyone wishing to enjoy a wonderful bush experience
Very lovely stay, no complaints. Definitely would revisit there.
We visited Inkwenkwezi and stayed for 4 days. We could find 4/5 of the big 5. We had an excellent buffalo encounter that I will remember for the rest of my life. our Rangers Tameryn and Willem were the best. Their knowledge and passion for wildlife and birds are remarkable. All in all the best time I ever had at a lodge. From the accommodation to the food were excellent and I could not find any problems. Thanks also to the reception staff that went the extra mile in helping and making my trip further on easier. All and All the Best. I will recommend Inkwenkwezi to anybody.
Very impressed and enjoyed it very much. Thank you to all the staff and Brandon our Ranger for the time it was only a pleasure staying over. I can highly recommend to make your booking at Inkwenkwezi.
We had an amazing day here. All the the guides we interacted with throughout the day were excellent: very professional and passionate about the animals. The elephant encounter is a must, we learned so much about them an had the opportunity to take some amazing pictures. The white lions at the reserve are spectacular. Very good value for money, couldn’t recommend more.
This was my first time in South Africa, and my first time at a game reserve, we only had 24 hours and I wish we had more time to stay for longer.
Room: Our room was down a winding gravel path (which an impala or something ran across in front of us), and then up some stairs. This led us onto the deck which looked out across the treetops. The room had 2 lovely large solid armchairs, an honesty bar, a large bed, a glass walled shower which looked out into the wilderness, and a bath. The room was lovely and wish we had slightly more time to sit and enjoy the room (our own fault for only going for 24 hours)
Activities: We did a quad bike tour and saw Zebra up close, and monkeys. It was an adventurous trip with some momentarily scary points due to inclines and crevasses but was a fantastic experience. The team went out of their way to ensure we had a great time, and our expectations were met. We went on a few game drives, one included a very close encounter with some lions. We also were able to get up close with elephants, the handlers gave a very informative talk about the animals.
Meals: The food was amazing! Priscilla and her team made some excellent meals. Lunch and dinner we got a choice for each and it was served buffet style. The dining room was a lovely solid wood table and chairs, with an outdoor area. On the evening we had a lovely campfire with drinks and chat with other guests.
I cant wait to return to South Africa and I will definitely be returning here
A good quality accommodation ranger was first class and very knowledgeable. Food was amazing and lots of it. Saw some wonderful animals and the elephants were delightful. Amazing time. Lots of fun. We did have electricity cut after an amazing thunderstorm but they all coped very well.
