R550 pppn sharing, R750 singles, minimum 4 & Maximum 6 adults + 2 nights: Ileven Heaven is a self-catering holiday home, situated in a security estate in Broederstroom, Hartbeespoort Dam on the Crocodile River with a view of the river flowing into Hartbeespoort Dam and the Witwatersrand mountain range.
It offers accommodation with 4 bedrooms, each with a queen size bed and one with an additional 3/4 bed. The main en-suite and bottom bedrooms have private balconies, TV and Blu-Ray DVD player, safe and dressing room. 2.5 bathrooms on three levels. Two bathrooms with a toilet, basin, mirrors, one with a bath and the other with a shower and a separate guest loo. Linen, duvets, blankets and heaters are provided. Just pack your towels, clothes and consumables & enjoy!
On the ground level an open-plan kitchen, bar area, lounge and patio. The kitchen and bar area done in lovely granite tops and cherry wood and equipped with a fridge, a modern stove & oven, microwave, crockery, cutlery, toaster, kettle, coffee making machine, plunger, pots & pans and lots more.
The bar is equipped with two bar fridges and opens up to the lounge are.
The lounge area is comfortably furnished with a 6 seater black lounge suite and sleeper couch, a flat screen TV and air conditioner. No DSTV.
Enjoy the large enclosed patio area, gas braai, dartboard, and great views over the estate. The glass windows can be fully opened for a true sense of nature, from where the fishermen can cast their lines.
Kindly note that this is a relaxing venue – no parties, noise and loud music allowed.
No access to any of the communal areas, including the swimming pool and entertainment area.

Hartbeespoort dam area offers unlimited entertainment and caters for all tastes, shapes and sizes. It is a paradise for water sport lovers, hikers, bikers, nature- and bird lovers, game viewers and lots more.
For hours of pretty drives and exciting stops, follow the Crocodile Ramble - a route of art studios and galleries, restaurants, pubs, tea gardens, adventure, nurseries, antiques, picnic spots and the Magalies Meander.
The Lesedi Cultural Village, +-10km from Ileven Heaven, offers an authentic African cultural village experience complete with dance displays, craft market and restaurant, and The Cradle of Humankind, which continues to uncover fossils preserved for millions of years in a mixture of limestone and other sediments.
Hartbeespoort is situated among undulating hills and panoramic views of the dam and mountain range can be enjoyed. To explore and witness these spectacular terrains more fully one should take a few drives, hike, enjoy 4×4 adventures, horse riding and for the more adventurous one should definitely go paragliding or hang-gliding.

Very nice host. Pretty view.
House only has 1 shower and 1 bath. Shower is in main bedroom so a bit awkward if adults sharing.
There is no table to sit at other than the bar inside the kitchen so take a camping table if you want to have meals together.
Take your own dishwasher tablets and black plastic bags.
We really had a beautiful stay and Petro was readily available on the phone to assist where necessary.

A wonderful quiet spot to recharge one’s batteries! The unit is ideally situated overlooking the river. It’s a pity the Crocodile River smells so terrible. But, in spite of this, the bird life is prolific.
The windows overlooking the river could not open which was disappointing. Also, perhaps it would be a nice gesture to have soap in the bathrooms and include dishwashing powder for the advertised dishwasher.
Fantastic place for a relaxing and peaceful holiday. Great location, setting and atmosphere. Really felt like we were in heaven and had a great and enjoyable stay.
Petro was a great host and always willing to make our stay a pleasant and memorable one.
