Welcome to On The Cliff Guest House,
On the Cliff guest house is a 5 star luxury boutique guest house. We are situated right on the sea front, and in the perfect spot to watch our gentle giants (Southern Right Whales) from the guest house or from your room.
The beautiful Hermanus cliff path is accessible from our guest house, and the town is an easy 15 to 20-minute walk away. There are 2 restaurants that are just 500 meters from us and many more after that.
On the Cliff Lodge is an understated luxury 5 star, sea front guest house which is owner managed and situated right on the cliffs in Westcliff road, midway between the village centre and the new harbour.
The famous cliff path runs past the front of the guest house and leads to the new harbour, and the village centre an easy 1km stroll both ways.
On the Cliff Guest House is perfectly situated to watch the whales from all the rooms and balconies or from the cliff top walk.
Afternoon tea is served daily, and we also offer delicious home cooked dinners on request.
Hermanus has become well known for its cuisine. Taxi’s are readily available, but we always recommend guests to walk to the restaurant and get a taxi back if they do not feel like walking back.
