Welcome to Boscobel Cottages.
Boscobel Cottages is located in the beautiful forested mountains and streams of Magoebaskloof. Set in lovely gardens and lawns, each of the three cozy stone and thatch cottages offers privacy and charm. Each of the units has their own colour scheme and special name to stay in touch with the Boscobel Oak history and theme - the Royal Cottage is furnished in red, the Crown Cottage in blue and the Acorn Cottage is a lovely green. Comfortably furnished, all cottages are built over two levels. The upper level consists of a loft room furnished with two single beds, while the main bedroom and the bathroom are located downstairs and opens onto a covered patio with barbecue. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery, pots and pans, a two-plate stove, fridge, and microwave. Ample freezer space is also available in the main lodge. Guests can walk around the wonderful garden or relax in the lounge with the cozy fireplace in winter. Magoebaskloof is great for hiking, trail running and mountain biking. Two areas of the Kloof offers wonderful birding opportunities. The area also has wonderful festivals such as the Berry festival, Kiwi festival and Spring festival( to name just a few) with arts and crafts that are worth the visit.

Absolutely loved the cottage and the facility.
We had a fantastic get away and would love to come back again.
Lovely spot and some serious walking available if that is your thing. A very scenic 12km walk along the "P" Road gets you to the far side of Dap Naude Dam and the Magoebaskloof Hiking Trail.
We loved every minute at Boscobel cottages! We were met by Annie who made sure we knew where everything was and how everything worked. She made sure that the cottages were beautifully clean and neat. We felt at home and cared for from the minute we arrived there. Margie and her husband were very kind and helpful in every way. The garden at Boscobel was lovely and well maintained with pretty roses, Agapanthus, and Christmas roses everywhere. The rooms had comfortable beds with quality linen. We were given a pitcher of milk, coffee, tea and delicious rusks very day. It is a quiet and peaceful place and we enjoyed the rest.
Thank you!
A wonderful break, Margie is a superb host and Annie looked after us very well.
A big thank you to all

Magoebaskloof Reviews
Kuhestan farm cottage offers the best self catering accommodation. Their gardens are so beautiful and the atmosphere so relaxing. Actually this is our second visit in four months.. I think we'll be back in the not too distant future.
Lots of outdoor activities. There is something for everyone. Really good food and good views. Go hiking, birding, driving, adventurous activities, eating, drinking or just relax. Very dog friendly.
The Herb Cottage was lovely, situated in the this lush Forrest.
Tzaneen area absolutely great.
If you got a 4x4 take the forest drive in Woodbush Forest.
Forest walks by the Dap Naude dam.
Scenic.
We loved our stay at Lind-End, we stayed in the Studio which was very pleasing with its modern decor and facilities. Apple TV with Netflix, Prime Video and Showmax. A Braai Area, and a outside deck with an amazing view of the George's Valley. They have a gorgeous pool on the site which is shared with other guest, we were lucky that we had the farm to our self for the most part. Our host Samantha was excellent, and provided us with lots of ideas of what to do in the area. We enjoyed many walks in the mist and rain and in the sunshine right from outside the Lind-end Gate, and also loved the Louis Changouin Trail from Haenertsburg. Would definitely be back again.
Beautiful forests, dams and good options available to eat out!
Visited the Berry farm to pick organic Berries, and really enjoyed lunch and cheese cake at the restaurant.
Also visited Pot and Plaugh for their very famous pizza.
Scenery!!!!! Fruit!!!!
