Area Information:Beau Vista is situated in a secure complex only 50 m from a beautiful swimming beach. This first-floor unit can comfortably accommodate up to six guests and comprises of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The first bedroom contains a queen-size bed, and the second and third bedrooms each contain 2 single beds.
Property Facilities:The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and features all necessary appliances. The tastefully furnished living area includes a TV with DStv. The lounge leads out to the patio with 180-degree breaker views. The complex offers communal braai facilities and a swimming pool. Secure undercover parking is provided.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - thank you Afristay and Renee! The location is amazing - from our spacious deck right across the road from the beach we had the most beautiful view of the sea and watched how the setting sun caught the white foam of the breakers. Roomy, convenient, comfortable bed, well-functioning showers, excellent appliances (particularly washing machine, tumble drier, microwave, TV), friendly hostess - and our dogs loved it!
Beautiful views every morning and thanks to Renee who look after all our request. Thanks for allowing my puppies to come along, they enjoyed playing on the beach as well as the family. Place is neat and all the amenities was working and available to make our holiday effortless. Will definitely be back next year.

The place exceeded expectations. From the moment we stepped out of our vehicle Renee was an excellent and welcoming host. Warm and friendly. This was then the epitome of the venue... the views were magnificent... cleanliness... space and my fur baby loved his freedom as well. I was overwhelmed with humility and left wanting to come back... 🌞 was my favorite time followed by lovely walks and then a feast of breakfast with a tremendously refreshing view 👏🏽🙏🏽 Thank you.
We really enjoyed our stay at Beau Vista 4. It is a cozy apartment. The hostess was very friendly and answered to every need. Suggestion: Bigger gas braai on the patio.

Excellent location. Central to Shelly Beach and Margate. Apartment is absolutely clean and neat. Very safe complex.
