We offer you Belgian Hospitality and in the morning an European breakfast-buffet on the terrace with a stunning view of the dam and the Magalies Mountains.
The Guesthouse offers you a big swimming pool, a bar with pool table and darts, an open patio-lounge, a gym-room with infra-red sauna and other training equipment.

The All rooms are very spacious room with Queen-size bed, en-suite and luxury furnished with TV-DSTV (22 channels with Movie Channels) and DVD player, air-conditioning, digital safe, Mini-fridge and hairdryer. The bathroom has a rain-shower and adjustable shower.

The Ponciana Suite or Honey-moon Suite is our VIP room with a King Size Bed with adjustable bedframe and tempur mattresses. The bathroom with heater has a jet-shower and a corner bath and separate toilet. From your very private balcony, with deck chairs, you have a 180° view from Pecanwood up to the Magalies Mountains in Pretoria North. The room has lounge seats, air-conditioning, digital safe, hairdryer, coffee & tea facilities and all-surround cinema system for your DSTV-TV (22 channels with Movie Channels) and DVD player.

The Hartbeespoortdam is situated in the Bojanala region of the North West Province. The dam, surrounded by the majestic Magalies Mountains (12O km long and 1852 m in altitude), was constructed in 1923 and the lake is 2062 ha and has 56 km border.
Pretoria is situated 28 km South East and Johannesburg International Airport "O.R.TAMBO" (80 km) is approximately 1 hour drive. Lanseria national Airport is only 30 minutes drive and is the ideal place to continue your travel schedule from Hartbeespoortdam to Cape Town.

We are situated only 1½ hour drive from the Pilanes National Park (Big Five) and Sun City. There are also a lot of tourist attractions around the dam or a short distance away from it.

Some of the National Game Parks are situated not that far from us. The Kruger National Park is between 4-5 hours drive from Hartbeespoortdam.

Hartbeespoortdam and the Magalies Mountains is a very popular area for eco-tourism, watersports, hiking. Sun City and Pilanesberg National Park (Big 5) is only 1 hour drive.
