The apartment is modern, fresh and clean. The open plan lounge and kitchen, make it a perfect spot for snacks, sundowners or a home cooked dinner.
The kitchen will easily accommodate all cooks, as it’s very well set up and equipped. The Kitchen is fully equipped and includes front loader washer/dryer combo, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and water dispenser refrigerator.
The bedrooms are modern and tasteful, with more than enough cupboard space, as well as a spot to store bags. The handy USB charger on the bedside table makes charging any phone/tablet easy.
The bathroom is spacious with a wonderful walk-in shower.
There is a washer/dryer combo for laundry.
The apartment has quick, uncapped internet and DSTV available. The TV is internet able and you can log into your Netflix account and watch new episodes of your favourite shows.
Key & Breakage Deposit:
A standard key & breakage deposit is payable before or at check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the apartment and may be changed at owner’s / management’s discretion. The following types of payments are accepted:
Secure online payment / Pre-authorisation link that can be sent directly to you or sent with the check in host on the day of arrival (preferred). This is for all short term stays less than 28 nights only.
If no credit card will be available upon check in and for all stays more than 28 nights; the deposit is payable via EFT but needs to bank before arrival.
If none of the two options above was actioned a non-refundable cash payment must be made before check in can be completed.
Deposits will be refunded between 7 and 14 working days after bank confirmation letter has been received, should everything be in order.
As well as a non-refundable R300 meet & greet for check-in outside of office hours on weekdays, and weekends after 18:00 (6:00pm)

Easy access to everything, and many things only walking distance around to enjoy, including the promenade, Green Point Park, Virgin Active gym, V&A water front, Cape Town stadium, Long street and the Green Market square. also many great restaurants and coffee shops near by.
Best sleep I have had at a backpackers in years. Decor and staff are notably excellent. I will be back.
