We have self-catering, B&B Style rooms, Budget Chalets, River Chalets, a Caravan Park, as well the Ibis Restaurant (please book beforehand) on the premises. We also offer Braai / Barbecue facilities and have a bar on the Premises. There is a swimming pool. Our stay was made comfortable. Thanks to all the staff at the resort.
I stayed in tented accommodation which had electricity and plugs for charging phones. One thing was lacking which was a small fridge but there was a restaurant open throughout my stay. Staff friendly and food good.
A nice place by the river! Clean and comfortable chalets.

Great weather. Stayed at Modern Executive Apartment in Schröder street. Beautiful, peaceful and safe place. I enjoyed the friendly people of Upington and the nice restaurants. Mr D also delivered promptly. Will be back again.
Has everything you'd need to top up or get on your way to Namibia, Botswana, or the far west coast. Amazing stat-over options, and amazing people.

The scenery.
The people seem friendlier and more polite than the city folks. The atmosphere seems relatively low-stressed.
Great mall and friendly people in Upington.
Upington is one of my favorite towns in South Africa. It is pristine, clean, people are friendly and helpful. Lots of things to do. Plenty accommodation to choose from. A perfect stop-over to and from Namibia.
Good to visit my birth town and see the growth.
