We have 3 Units available for self-catering: 1 x 2 Bedroom Unit that sleeps 4 with 2 double beds. 1 x 1 Bedroom Unit that sleeps 5 with a double bed, bunk bed and single bed. 1 x 2 Bedroom Unit that sleeps 7 with 2 double beds, 1 bunk bed and 1 single bed. All units have their own fully equipped kitchenette with stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster. Each Unit has its own bathroom consisting of shower, toilet and basin. Each unit has either a balcony, veranda or patio.
In Room Facilities:Dining table with chairs, Work Station, TV, with M-Net, DSTV movie and sport channels. Fully equipped kitchenette with fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery. Electric blankets, iron and free wi-fi available. Fans, heaters and hairdryers on request.
The units are cleaned and serviced daily Monday to Friday.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the units & no pets are allowed.
Area Information:N&A is situated in the hub of Garsfontein and most of the local attractions are within a few kilometers of the Guesthouse. Menlyn Main, Menlyn Mall and Time square casino are within 2kms while the Life Faerie Glen Hospital is a km away. All popular supermakets, restaurants and entertainment are all within a 1 to ten km radius as well as Pretoria East and Wilgers hospitals.
Garsfontein primary school is 500 m away and Garsfontein High School is 1 km away.
Many of South Africa's famous historic landmarks can be found in Pretoria. These include the Voortrekker Monument, Union Buildings and Freedom Park. Each unit is equipped with a detailed description on these sites.

Our cleaners ensure that your apartment is cleaned daily during the week and supplied with fresh towels when required. No cleaning service over weekends and public holidays. Barbeque / braai facilities & swimming pool. One vehicle per unit booked - inside the premises. Secure open parking with electric fence, cameras and 24 hour security on call. Laundry facility available at an extra cost.

Yvonne is an angel. She assisted an elderly friend of ours, who had to stay over before an operation, and even drove the lady to the hospital the next morning and helped her get registered at the hospital. People who are willing to go these lengths is far and few. The amenities are beautiful, you are in the best of hands.
I had a wonderful time and was treated very well, thank you.
Yvonne was a fantastic hostess and made our stay really great. The units were comfortable and well equipped with TV and selected DSTV channels. Location was perfect as our girls were dancing at the SA tattoo at Time square. Unit was self catering which was perfect and was serviced daily which was a bonus. Security was good and we had off street parking. We were really close to a number of shopping centres.
