This beautiful Resort is close to Rustenburg and not so far to travel to experience a bush adventure .Great news -we are self-sufficient with SOLAR POWER. A LUXURY Canvas Chalet which is fully equipped and it sleeps four with the maximum of 2 adults. It is a privilege to relax safely at Honey Nest Resort. You can experience the awe-inspiring stars in the dark. Enjoy the calm of nature .Honey Nest Resort provides one thing above all else, tranquility. Here you are able to enjoy nature at its finest and as such have the options to go hiking and cycling. We have our own bles buck, njalas , rock hyrax and tree squirrels on the property.

* Akwaaba Predator Park - available within 16 km where you can even pet grown lions, if you are brave enough.

* Pilansberg National Park + Predator Park - available within 65 km.
Should you be in a more adventurous mood, we offer eight campsites with power for R500.00 per night per stand and eight without power for R400.00 per night per stand. You can either pitch a tent or park a caravan. Do not fear though, we still provide some of the comforts of modern day like WARM water in our beautiful clean ablution . The camp area is surrounded by the South African bush and you'll be listening to the calls of the local wildlife not twenty feet from where you'll be sleeping.
Each stand offers you your own private barbecue area and a faucet that provides natural mineral water pumped directly from our own personal aquifer. Every stand with their own bathroom that is within walking distance
The terrain offers a small and a big communal swimming pool, bush bowls, jungle gym and small outdoor ten pin bowling.

The weather is very warm and the roads are drivable with clear road makings and road signs.
We were in Mooinooi. it is a quiet small farmstyle place. The roads are neglected. The small shopping centre is enough for just getting what you need.

The place is clean and polite, nice people.
I stayed in town, enjoyed the warmth of the people. The municipality though should upgrade the roads.
