Excellent stay, very nice and friendly hosts and team, thank you Rodney and Elize, will definitely see you again.
Chose a weekend that rained nonstop. The tents eventually started condensing water inside. Water kept dripping through the covering onto the campsite and into the kitchen area.
We were to be there Friday to Tuesday.
We left on Sunday afternoon, cold, wet and disappointed. Maybe we'll try another time!!!
The camp looked very nice and would have been greatly enjoyed if not for the rain, I'm sure.
Very friendly staff and willing to help. Spotless campsites and ablutions,
well positioned within Denokeng.
Great set up, really peaceful site, perfect place to relax and get away from it all. Close to other places to go out to as well. Even saw a Cheetah just 200m away.
We thoroughly enjoyed the privacy that Elephant Root tent gave us. The tent was spacious, clean, comfortable and offered everything we needed. Thorn Tree is just lovely - a very friendly and peaceful place to spend a weekend away from the city. The bush sounds were incredible and we loved every moment!
Host are very friendly and willing to accommodate you as much as possible.
It was an excellent service from the lady at reception, to the tour guide un till we left. It was our first time camping, so our expectations were completely different from what we got. The elephant tent made us to feel at home.

I enjoyed the self-game driving, though I only saw 2 of the Big 5's next time I'll use the Game Rangers drive... I also loved the picnic sighting the food there it's very nice and tasty...
Very clean and excellent availability of all needed, restaurants, food etc.
We saw lions, giraffe and rhino on the first day there
Well sign posted and easy to navigate. Always seen something special.
All the animals, self-game drives, friendly staff
The game drive and hearing a lion roar about 100m from our lodge.
