Welcome to Russells on the Port,
Russells on the Port is tucked away in the beautiful Berg River basin, 90 minuted north of cape Town, in the picturesque town of Velddrif. Bird lovers will not want to miss this utopia of Comorants, Heron, Flamingos and Kingfishers that abound along the river. Benchmark of excellence in the area. General Description Set in the Mediterranean estate, carefully furnished in an eclectic mix of old world elegance, and beach side décor.
This boutique operation offers seven luxurious en-suite bedrooms, each individually decorated and outfitted with all the essential creature comforts. Russells on the Port also offer two x 2 bedroom and one x 1bedroom self-catering units which are fully equipped. Our new two bedroom units sleep 6 adults and the one bedroom sleep 4 adults, these units is perfectly attuned the signature heat of the West Coast Sun, as well as offering shelter around the hearth of our fireplace when the weather turns cold.

Overall an amazing stay. Rooms were big with a very comfortable bed, big modern bathroom with good shower and a big balcony with a sea and port view. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The onsite restaurant has great food along with delicious cocktails that were on special. Well worth it.
