The Hotel a colonial design build from sandstone decorate in a eclectic style
Voesie Maarman, a sandstone cottage, built on the premises offer 6 luxury en-suite rooms as well as its own lounge and veranda overlooking the beautiful Sandstone Church.

Fouriesburg is situated in the Eastern Free State. The Town is surrounded by the Maluti mountains and is only 10 km from the Lesotho border. The elevation is 1627m above sea level. The nearby peaks of the Rooiberg and Witteberg is the second highest mountain peak in the Free State and is the seventh highest in the country.
Fouriesburg allows you to begin or end the scenic Roof of Africa Route, through Lesotho, The eastern Cape and Kwa-Zulu Natal.

Home away from home!
We arrived from OR Tambo after our flight from Germany, a welcome greeting and good meals. Our room in the Voesie Maarman was very comfortable and we travelled to Lesotho. The hotel in a small town is special and we walked to small shops.
