Fountain Hall Guest farm is a working Dairy farm situated seven kilometers from Mooi River nestled in the foothills of the Kamberg / Drakensberg Mountain. We are in close proximity to pubs, restaurants, golf course, schools, battle fields,bushmen paintings. Fountain Hall Farm is situated on the Midlands Meander route.
Activities on the farm include: viewing of numerous farm animals and dairy etc., walks, bass fishing on seven kilometres of Mearns dam. Bird viewing, bring along bikes and ride around the farm. Camping and fishing on the Mearns Dam. New ablution block with kitchen area. Small fishing boats with paddles or sneaker motor for hire.

Cait and Tayne here. Fountain hall is the most amazing place! My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay. Kevin and Nadine are excellent hosts and wonderful people. Wether you are camping or staying in the cottage the views are beautiful, service is wonderful. Clean hot showers, places to escape the rain and cool food. Great amenities. We look forward to coming back soon!
Was great, scenery is spectacular. A photographers (and fisherman's) dream.
cottage was cute on the farm, it was a freezing cold weekend and we appreciated the under floor heating, made it very cozy.

The roads are bad, but the farms and scenery are beautiful.
Don't let the Mooi River area that you have to drive through put you off.

Easy to do the whole Midllands from there, plus you are 2 hours closer to Joburg on the way home.
