The Breakers Hotel is based in Umhlanga Rocks, Lagoon Drive. This is a two bedroom (one double and two singles), two bathroom (shower only and separate toilet) third floor unit. This unit has recently been refurbished.
This apartment has no balcony with slight sea views, open plan lounge and dining area and kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, crockery and cutlery. The unit has air-conditioning , selected DSTV channels, linen is provided however beach and bath towels are not. The access to the unit is down a ramp or stairs to the third floor.
There is one undercover parking and open parking and parking for trailers (subject to availability). There is direct beach access from the property. The unit is serviced Monday - Friday (excl public holidays). Guests have access to all the Hotel facilities.
Please note that the refundable breakage deposit of R1000 and the Cleaning Fee of R360 is payable directly to the host. These fees are not included in the quote.

Reviews
We loved The Breakers. Great location, close to the beach, shops and other amenities. The Breakers has great pools and facilities. Kids had loads to do. Loved the spa and gym.
The unit is spacious and was clean and neat. Kitchen has everything you need. Loved the bed.
Only negative is that the shower is very small.
Lovely apartment, very neat with all necessities. Cleaning lady was lovely and did a great job. Only had minor issues. The light directly above the shower was not working making the shower very dark especially when the curtain was closed. A lot of water leaked out onto the floor because of that curtain. We had to face the showerhead towards the wall and shower in the corner. A shower door would be recommended & not too expensive. Also the toilet in the bathroom without the shower was leaking. I was constantly having to wipe the floor. It would also be an added bonus if there was a clothes rack available for the wet clothes. But apart from these 3 minor things, beautiful room, lovely location.
Good friendly service, pity about the weather.
Good value for money. Best resort (position wise) in KZN.
