Awesome experience. Great setting and atmosphere.
Such a special place. A beautiful setting in the country but near to the ocean. We loved our stay in Blombos cottage, spacious, light and surrounded by wildlife. Peaceful and quiet - It helps if you like animals as the cockerels crow from early, the frogs in the Lily pond have nighttime croaking, the wild birds sing and swoop. We loved the fare at the farm restaurant and enjoyed the other farm animals, especially the goats, milling around. Our hosts, Matilda & Lonnie were very welcoming and happy to share local information. We will return next year.
We had a wonderful stay in Blombos at Groeneweide. The house is spacious, beautifully decorated and was perfect for our family vacation. Amazing views, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen and two large ensuite bathrooms made our stay more than just relaxing, it was exactly. the break we needed. I just wish we could have stayed for longer!

This was definitely the best weekend away I've had In a long time. The house was absolutely beautiful. I'll definitely recommend it to anyone and will definitely go back for another visit.
A gem! Mountain cottage with ocean views which combines a working farm along, with sustainable conservation. Genuine relaxed hospitality which lacks for nothing. A small town with lots going on. Highly recommended!
Very clean, neat and well equipped! Spacious kitchen and even provided fire wood. What a beautiful view of the mountains, farm and ocean! Friendly hosts and I will definitely recommend the Blombos house.
It was just myself and my husband for our 7 year anniversary. We had a great time and would really go back again, this time with kids. It was very relaxing. It was one of the best weekend getaways I had.
