Longtrail Accommodation offers comfortable self-catering accommodation centrally situated approximately 1 km from the Vaal River, very close to STONEHAVEN on VAAL RIVER which is popular for wedding functions and ideal to accommodate for guests.. Also 8km from Vaal University of Technology, 5 km from Vaal Mall and Emerald Casino, and 9 km from the town of Sasolburg. The accommodation is ideal for both business and leisure travellers looking for a relaxed, homely atmosphere.
Accommodation offers 6 rooms and 4 two bedroom cottages. Some rooms have air-conditioning, and some are equipped with fans. Longtrail Accommodation caters for families, and single beds can be installed in most rooms. Each room has a private entrance, and is equipped with a TV. There is a large entertainment area with an indoor swimming pool, a dart board, and a billiard table. Braai facilities are also available, as well as Wi-Fi and selected DStv channels.
The property is pet friendly; there are also a variety of domestic animals roaming freely, such as geese, ducks, etc. Many school children use the facilities when attending sports events. There are golf courses in the area, as well as restaurants and pubs.
NB: For those cold winter days, Gas heaters are available at the establishment at an additional cost. (Payable directly or on arrival)
Please note that there is an addition charge for DSTV packages. Refundable breakage deposit is payable on arrival and refunded on departure.
